Thank you for shopping with SpicyCookee. We carefully pack each order and do our best to get your baking tools to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Where We Ship
All orders ship from the United States. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $39: $8.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $39 or more: free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Once your order ships, please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
Items with opened inner packaging, removed seals, signs of use, washing, food contact, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
