Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at hello@spicycookee.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
All orders ship from the United States. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders under $39: $8.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $39 or more: free standard shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Once your order has shipped, you can use the tracking link in your email to follow the delivery status.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Products
Are the product measurements exact?
We do our best to provide accurate measurements on each product page. Please allow slight differences due to manual measurement and manufacturing variations.
How should I care for my baking tools?
Please check the care tips on each product page. In general, we recommend washing baking tools with mild soap and drying them fully before storage. For silicone products, avoid sharp tools that may scratch or damage the surface.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Some products may be dishwasher safe, while others are best washed by hand. Please refer to the care instructions on each product page. When in doubt, hand washing is recommended.
Returns & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@spicycookee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What items cannot be returned?
Used items, washed items, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in resellable condition.
